Elizabeth Caldwell
Beth graduated from The Ohio State University in 1991. Prior to joining Buckholz, Caldwell, & Associates as a full – time staff appraiser in 1991, Beth worked for several years at Buckholz & Caldwell on a part time basis where she began learning the appraisal business through report processing and research analysis. Because of this Beth has the special insight needed by an appraiser to analyze and value residential properties. Beth is a State Licensed residential appraiser and she is also a candidate through the American Society of Appraisers for the ASA designation. Beth is on the Lender Selection Roster of Appraisers for HUD/FHA appraisal work.
